This Distance Selling Agreement is concluded between the customer (“Buyer”) and the operator of NaturallyGrowth.com (“Seller”).

By placing an order through NaturallyGrowth.com, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

After successful payment, the Buyer will receive immediate access to the digital product or service.

The Buyer will be automatically redirected to the members area or product page upon completion of payment.

3. Right of Withdrawal / Refunds

Since this is a digital product that may be accessed immediately after purchase, the Buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that immediate access may begin once payment is completed.

By completing the purchase, the Buyer understands that the right of withdrawal may be waived once access to the digital content has been granted, where applicable under relevant consumer protection rules.

Refund requests are not automatically granted and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Seller’s Refund Policy and the billing partner’s applicable procedures.

For billing-related questions, cancellation requests, or refund inquiries, the Buyer may also contact the billing partner listed on the Contact Us page.
